How our service works...
Signing up
You can set up your account online or over the phone, and there are no long term commitments. Produce list will be updated weekly
on the website showing the new menu for each week.
Ordering
Organics to You gives you a variety of boxes to order from. We deliver a
Single box, Small box, Medium box, or Large box. You will not have to revisit the website unless you want to make changes to the box. You can cancel shipment any week. You can also substitute items on the list for the week. All our pricing is less than or comparable to Grocery Stores, so look at it as FREE DELIVERY, and our produce is much more FRESH, usually straight from the farm.
Delivery
We deliver to your home weekly or every other week
to fit your family's needs. Upon Delivery of your box each week, please put your previous week’s box out where we can pick it up. We will reuse or recycle the boxes each week.
Payments
For your convenience, we have an automated system that accepts Visa and Mastercard (Credit/Debit). If you don't feel comfortable with the automated system, you can write a check and leave it in your box where we can pick it up each week.
Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our Number #1 goal. If there is a problem with your produce, We will be glad to make it up to you on your next box. We appreciate your patience and understanding of such situations.
Word of mouth is by far the best form of advertising we have. We appreciate you telling your friends about us. Each new customer will receive their first box at half price just for giving us a try!!
1. Organic Produce list will be updated on the website on
Friday evenings each week.
2. If you are an existing customer and need to cancel a delivery for a particular week, please do it by Thursday.
3. Organic Produce will be delivered to your house
between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. each Monday
night for Macon customers and Tuesday night for South Bibb and Houston County.
4. If you are a new customer, please put your order in by
Thursday, so you can get your delivery on Monday.
